Turning Sales Enablement into Sales Action

SEPTEMBER 27, 2018  |  12:30 PM - 1:50 PM  |  SUITE C

Today's selling environment is facing more and more noise, making a sales rep's job harder and harder. In order to cut through the noise, sellers must have consultative and hyper-personalized engagements that connect with the modern buyer. The key to this: effective sales enablement that reps actually use.

In this complimentary workshop, we will cover how to turn sales enablement into sales actions that are highly personalized and multi-threaded for maximum buyer engagement. You will learn how to:

  • Build guidance that strategically align to the buyer’s journey, yet aren't disconnected from sales reps reality.

  • Create a coaching program that helps ensure that reps execute successfully.

  • Identify key metrics for measuring performance and evolving engagement efforts.

Whether you're just starting out in sales enablement for your organization or you're looking to modernize your current efforts, you'll walk away with the tools you need to build effective, actionable sales enablement that help your reps win deals.
